Some of my beets are finally large enough to do something with other just than enjoying the greens, so I picked some today.  They are sliced and in the dehydrator right now.  They will be nice to have on hand in the winter to munch on or to rehydrate and have steamed with butter and vinegar.

Here are a few of the dehydrated beet chips.  I had enough to fill a litre sized mason jar.

We picked more peas today and ended up with 6 lbs shelled.   :)
