How To Prepare Leeks


There are many videos online that demonstrate different ways of cleaning and cutting up leeks.  I like this one - simple and to the point!

    Thank you for this post on leeks. I have always wanted to know more about this vegetable, and how to use it. The video was most helpful. Are they easy to grow? They seem to be so expensive to buy any time of the year here.
